Do I need a printer or barcode scanner?
No. Your phone is enough. Receipts are digital (share via WhatsApp or QR). The phone camera works as the barcode scanner.
Which phones does Saauda run on?
Any iPhone running iOS 16 or newer, and any Android phone running Android 9 or newer. Download from the App Store or Google Play, or install straight from your phone browser — your choice.
How do customers pay via UPI?
After each bill, Saauda auto-generates a UPI QR code. Customer scans it with PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, or any UPI app and pays instantly.
Can I put a bill on baki / khata?
Yes. Tap the Baki button at checkout to assign the bill to a regular customer's tab. Saauda tracks every customer's running balance and reminds you when udhaar gets old.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. You can invite up to 3 staff accounts on the Saauda Pro plan. Each has their own login. You see who billed what.
